At the office, Saena is all sparkling with smooth shiny skin. After looking at her for a while, Fujimichi says that her complexion looks really good and she should have slept really well last night. Saena timidly says yes..that’s right.. Saena thinks that even if she’s not at all happy about it.. This morning, when she woke up, she is already in the bed properly sleeping. She was startled by the ringing alarm clock. “However, Misonoi is no longer around..” Fujimichi says that in the end, she also wasn’t able to hold out. He tells her that a few days ago, she didn’t seem to have listened through when he informed her of his worry and he thought that before the public trial, she’ll always continuing that kind of overworking lifestyle. The police cannot do that without a search warrant so what more if it is him. Saena quietly thinks, sleeping pill. She has indeed occasionally used that when she couldn’t sleep. And, speaking of that..it seems..that when she woke up today, the feeling is a bit the same when she took sleeping pills. “It is only..only a little bit..just a little tiny bit..!! Yesterday, it is only because I just so happen to be so tired to the point of exhaustion so it became an extreme sleepiness, that’s all..!! If it isn’t that, then there is only one other possibility. Because I didn’t drink any sleeping pill at all. *recalls Misonoi happily giving her some Oolong tea* I don’t know why Misonoi-san would quietly do that kind of thing. *opens door and goes into the locker room and recalls Misonoi stretching out his hand and saying ‘goodnight, Sae-chan’*...
-he..stroked my head.. *blushes while touching her forehead* Even if I was about to quickly lose consciousness then but I’m absolutely sure.. he used his warm big hand..to constantly stroke me. I’m already at this age yet unexpectedly just got my head stroked.. It always feel a bit embarrassing [that I don’t know what to do].. My head was never stroked ever since elementary.. *blushes then recalls Misonoi saying that no matter what, she looks very tired so go sleep first for today* ..could it be.. that he noticed that I practically didn’t have a proper sleep--..? ..no.. even if it is like that, he’ll definitely openly tell me about it. No, calling is better.. to tell him that we temporarily cannot see each other--..” That night, at her apartment, Saena opens the door and is surprised to see smiling Misonoi. He calls out her and she immediately slams the door at him. She nervously wonders why he is here and unexpectedly, it is the time when she is wearing this. <- all year around she loves wearing sweatshirts. Misonoi calls out to her and tells her that he’ll immediately leave so will she open the door for a while.
Saena peeks out as she tries to use the door to cover what she’s wearing. Misonoi apologizes for unexpectedly disturbing her but because she said today that they temporarily cannot carry out their dinner dates so he brought this. He holds up a bag. Puzzled Saena asks what is it. He says that it is a bento which he packed in a reheatable container so she can just heat it up as a midnight snack. Saena is still puzzled for he said midnight snack. Misonoi says that it is because she said yesterday that her work seems to be very exhausting so he guessed that she is probably doing some part time work at home. [For some reason,] Saena thinks of part time work as making homemade flowers. [<- maybe it's a pun or something?] Misonoi says that if she still hasn’t eaten, she can also eat that as dinner. Saena says that she had already casually decided on dinner. It seems to be just some tea, rice and precooked packed fish. Saena thanks him. Misonoi tells her ‘good luck’ [/gambatte] and waves goodbye. Holding the bag, Saena thinks that he really immediately left. The elevator has arrived so Misonoi waves back again before going in. After she waved back at him, Saena goes in to look at the delicious looking bento that Misonoi made. She tastes it a bit and blushes. Soon, she continues working on the computer and had finished up the bento meal.
The next day, at an office, the client says that he is at ease, but when he heard that the successor of Atty Yamaguchi, whom he knows well, is this young lady, he still cannot help but worry a bit. Saena wonders if 28 years old is still considered very young ah..in the lawyer business, she is indeed a greenhorn.. Ken assures the client that Saena’s outstanding talent is considered as number one in the law world and this is something that he can guarantee him. The client says is that so, and he’ll thoroughly know this after chatting with her for a while. [Afterwards, I think] The client apologizes for always asking her some inappropriate questions. Saena says that it is no problem at all. The client says that compared to what they thought, Saena understands the Jou (our side) problem really well that it completely astonished him. Saena politely says that she doesn’t deserve to given such praise. Relieved Saena thinks that it is great that she earnestly studied ahead of time all the aspects of the product. It was last night when she was able to know well about what was inquired of her so it really intimidated her. Ken says that three days from now, it definitely a victory for them.
He assures the client to relax and leave it to them. "Speaking of that, we have a secret plan." The client asks what secret plan!? Taking the document, she says okay. He asks her what had happened for she is lost in thought, and did Sakuraba [guesswork from 櫻庭] say something to her. Saena says no, just a while ago, Sakuraba greatly praised her. She apologizes and says that something is bothering her a bit but it is already okay.
Fujimichi says is that so. Saena tells herself that it is DEFINITELY because her attention is disorganized that she made a mistake, that’s all. “It is definitely that--..” And, Misonoi comes to visit with another bento box. He wishes her good luck again for tonight and don’t force herself too much. Suddenly, Saena grabs his coat and asks if it is okay for him to come in and drink some tea.. He asks if it won’t hinder her work. She says that it is okay while she is eating the bento. He smiles and says is that so..then, if she insists. Soon, blushing Saena is eating the bento. With some tea and sweets placed on the table, Misonoi happily looks at her. She tells him that it is hard to eat. He asks if it is the asparagus meat roll. In the end, the roll is a bit too amazing, right. <- thousand layer roll. Saena says that it isn’t that, she is embarrassed to eat if he stares at her. Misonoi apologizes and says that it is because she eats with so much relish. Her cellphone is ringing. She goes to her bed to get and answer the phone. She apologizes to Misonoi and says that right now, she is in charge of the entrusted person so she’ll go out for a while [to take this call]. Misonoi says okay.

I want to know your true feelings towards me.” Saena goes home to see Misonoi waiting for her at the door. He is sitting beside a bag while holding his cellphone. He smiles and greets her, welcome back. Saena slightly smiles as Misonoi stands up.
Comment: Well, from the looks of it, Misonoi did drug her and was in the process of stealing/has already stolen the data of her major case. I think it is some product copyright infringement-type of case. I guess it is a major blunder that she brought out the data against company rules. And, if Sakuraba learns that she was the cause of the leak that caused them to lose the case, it is really bad for everyone’s reputation. I can somewhat understand why this is a major blow for Saena. She tends to do things perfectly and really well but because she fell in love and got careless, everything can be/got destroyed. I’m not quite sure about how the law world is with gossips or if there is such leaks about someone making a major blunder on a major case and if it can cause one’s reputation to be badly tarnished. In a way, Saena is very lucky to have Ken who has faith in her talent so he probably didn’t fire her. And, we know he even helped arranged things for her when she was pregnant. That kind of boss is really rare. So, with Saena being perfect and everything, who is probably very good in memorizing and can usually remember everything vividly, I think this major mistake will most likely rewind in her mind for a long, long time. Possibly, for the rest of her life.
So, it doesn’t help that every time she sees Kyouko then and now, it reminds her of what happened. Somehow, I think Saena is also hard on herself that she couldn’t forgive herself because of what happened. So, it can be unbearable to always see the reminder of all of that so she really doesn’t want to have anything to do with Kyouko. Something like Kyouko being a female version of Misonoi but her appearance? This chapter confirms that Misonoi is a great cook which is Kyouko’s talent. Now, since Saena is most likely was deceived, that would be the acting talent. There is also the supposedly ‘no good grades’ which can also be associated with Misonoi. And, ever since she got ‘touched’ Misonoi when she passed out, it probably cause the start of losing the case or something, so she doesn’t want Kyouko to touch her while she is working. That is, aside from the stress, since she is making it up for her blunder. So, it is somewhat understandable why she treated Kyouko that way. Now, is Misonoi really that careless to flip the diskette upside down twice. Does he want her to notice and does it have a hidden meaning to it? Maybe, he has fallen in love with her but he still has to do his job so he is giving her a hint. He might not be good with law but it was mentioned that he knows computers. Is he a professional spy or an amateur?
So, if the data is indeed already stolen, why would he still go see her? Maybe, his attachment towards her or he has not yet stolen the data. Perhaps, he doesn’t realize that Saena noticed the upside down diskette. Well, even if he thinks she noticed, perhaps he thinks that she is too in love with him that she won’t easily doubt him. I’m not too sure of the timeline but I think it is already two days before the case. I don’t know if she has already informed Ken about it but then, even if she did, I don’t know if they can immediately think of a way to counter the assumption that the other party already knows their secret data. So, she is going to confirm things with Misonoi that night. I’m still thinking if it is wise to face that kind of person alone. Somehow, I’m imagining that he’ll beat her up or something so that he’ll know the password. ^^; Hm..but if it is the 2 days before the trial, I’m not sure if the other party can come up with a strategy regarding what they’ll know if it is only then that Misonoi got the info. We can only assume that either side can probably drag the case for a while as they work on some countermeasures to at least make it end up as a draw rather than losing the case. So, hopefully, the next chapter is the climax of the Saena’s story so that we’ll already know the truth among other things like is it really just because of losing the case and ended up with pregnant or there’s something more to it? Did Misonoi really just used her? Well, if not, maybe another more chapter? ^^; Oh ya, it seems that Fujimichi is a devious-type but he is a good guy who doesn’t use his devious-type of schemes for bad but for the benefit of others. It is just now when I realized that Fujimichi is like that after all the hints before like, telling Kyouko what if he didn’t give her letter, and making Saena drink something to spill the beans about Kyouko.
